The Silverwood Townhouse Community consists of 170 individual single bedroom "townhouse" style apartments, each well maintained and managed by onsite property managers. 

The apartments are rented for $1135 per month.

The first year of tenancy is in the form of a 12 month lease and thereafter the agreement is for a month to month rental.

Directions

Take the LOS CARNEROS RD. exit off the 101 Freeway

Head South on Los Carneros (Towards the ocean) until it ends at EL COLEGIO RD.

Make right onto El Colegio. Make first left onto CAMINO DEL SUR..

Second stop sign make right onto ABREGO RD.  Pull into first driveway on left, proceed to office

3- FILL IN THE APPLICATION FOR EACH TENANT AND CO-SIGNER
 AND SIGN ALL APPLICATIONS

4- MAIL THE FORMS ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FEES ($100 (REFUNDABLE) + $30 PER APPLICANT) WE ACCEPT MONEY ORDER ONLY DURING APPLICATION PROCESS
